The 95 square meter apartment with its poster bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) has a beautiful view over the Sieve valley. It is equipped with a small shower bath, a large kitchen, a spacious living and dining room. Merlot has an outdoor seating area on the sun terrace, including a view of the fountain. Exceptionally, a connecting door exists between Merlot and Casa Fontani. This allows a large family to comfortably spend their vacation here.
