Casa Fontani is the rear building of the Baur Villa and its name reminds us of the friendly attached family Fontani who lived here for more than four decades. It has two floors with 92 square meters.
On the ground floor the living room, guest bathroom and the comfortable eat-in kitchen, which includes a large old fireplace, are located. At midday the old poplar trees in front of the house provide pleasant shade for the outdoor seating area and the sun loungers with a wonderful view of the wooded Sieve valley.
Via a steep staircase one can access the two spacious bedrooms on the second floor which are both furnished with 1,80 x 2,00 m large double beds. Furthermore, there is a utility room, as well as a large shower bath. Especially here, one can access the adjacent apartment Merlot through a connecting door, enabling large families to comfortably spend their vacation here.
